18. Charles Gibbs
Active in the Caribbean in early 19th Century. He confessed to killing 400 people, but historians don’t think he was honest. He was executed by United States for piracy. What he would do would be join privateers and then get people to mutiny and then he would get caught and run away and do it over again.
