25. Elfen Lied
She is a special breed of human known as “Diclonius”. She has invisible telekinetic hands that made her victim of scientific experiment. She gets opportunity to escape, so she goes on a killing rampage against those who experiment on her. But during her escape she gets head injury that changes her personality and makes her speech limited and she becomes playful like a child. In this state she lands herself in life of Kouta and his cousin Yuka. They don’t know about her murderous tendencies she holds, and their lives are changed as the shadow government who experiment on her go after them as well.
