Welsh pirate active in July 1718 to June 1719 around west African coasts. He didn’t use weapons to get what he wanted, but used bribes and disguises. Edward England liked his qualities and made him captain really quickly. In Caribbean sea and islands of Bahamas he would cause mutiny on Woodes Roger’s ship. He liked to act to get what he wanted.
