7. Muhammed Ali tries helping a suicidal man
This man was prepared to jump from ninth floor window in LA in 1981. What convinced the man not to jump was when Ali said, “You’re my brother. I love you and I wouldn’t lie to you. You got to listen. I want you to come home with me, meet some friends of mine.” The man was later rushed to psychiatric hospital in Ali’s car for help.
