CN Tower
The iconic landmark of Toronto, the CN Tower once stood as the tallest freestanding building in the world. It is situated right next to Toronto’s famous ballpark, the Roger’s Centre (or previously known as the SkyDome), the home of the 1992 and 1993 MLB World Series champions, the Toronto Blue Jays.
The CN Tower was completed on February 6, 1973, and the “CN” was named after the Canadian railway company that built it, the Canadian National. Today visitors can enjoy the beautiful views from the top, a revolving restaurant, and if you are feeling mighty, you can do EdgeWalk, and walk along the top edges of the tower with safety support.
